What is HUMANOFORT?

Humanofort™, is a pharmaceutically standardized embryo extract that contains various growth factors and amino acids in a endogenous form.
These growth factors like HP-100 are made of clusters of low-molecular weight peptides, which are quickly and easily assimilated and transported into the body to their specific receptor sites. Experimental and clinical research have revealed that Humanofort™ helps increase key adrenal hormones like 17-ketosteroid sulfates and 17-hydroxycorticosteroids. Initial Clinical Trial

In the trail, Twenty-eight healthy male rugby players (age 20-32) volunteered to participate for 21 days. Blood was taken and hormone levels measured before the start of the trial and after 21 days of consuming 600mg of Humanofort™ per day (6 capsules), with no modifications made to their diet or training. Hormone levels were measured in the rugby players again when they finished. The results confirmed that Humanofort™ dramatically increased key anabolic hormones while improving recovery by reducing oxidative stress. Free Testosterone was increased by 167%, Androstenedione increased by 159%, DHEA-S was increased by 119% and Oxidative Stress was decreased by 30%.

Mechanism of Action

One of Humanofort™’s mechanisms of action is to regulate steroidogenesis i.e., steroid hormone production. It does this by enhancing the steroidogenic enzyme activity and the responsiveness of steroid-generating cells and pituitary gland hormones. A Brief History of Humanofort™

In the early 1960’s, scientists at a Romanian pharmaceutical company began successfully treating sexual disorders in cattle by supplementing their feed with embryo extracts. The researchers theorized that the embryo extracts might also benefit humans, if they could only figure out a way to stabilize and standardize the extracts. After many experiments, the scientists made a breakthrough; they developed a proprietary method of extracting and standardizing the embryonic peptides so that the peptides would be fit for human consumption not only from a safety issue, but also for increased biological activity. The name given to the new peptide matrix was called Humanofort.™
To establish proof that this could be done, a comprehensive scientific study was performed and Humanofort™ was given to laboratory rats and guinea pigs. As was expected, the research showed that the rats and guinea pigs significantly increased their steroidogenesis or steroid hormone production. The next test was for acute oral toxicity.. Acute oral toxicity tests are commonly performed by giving rats a test substance in a concentration many times stronger (per kilo of bodyweight) than a human would consume. The aim is to determine what effect this high dosage will have on the rats. Humanofort™ was tested for toxicity using a test called “LD50”. The name of this test stands for “Lethal Dose 50” where a substance is given to rats at 5,000 milligrams per kilogram of bodyweight to kill the rats; then the rats are autopsied and their organs evaluated for specific toxicity or cause of death.
Humanofort™’s LD50 toxicity test was a surprise for everyone!. A report read; “The animals were observed for mortality, signs of gross toxicity, and behavioral changes during the first several hours post-dosing and at least once daily thereafter for 14 days. All animals survived, gained body weight, and appeared active and healthy during the study. There were no signs of gross toxicity, adverse pharmacologic effects, or abnormal behavior.” Average bodyweight of the mice went from 172 grams to 246 grams in 14 days.

About the Inventor

Dr. Gheorghe Mihaescu, M.D. is an international expert in such fields as Experimental Immunology in Oncology, Steroid Biochemistry, Radio-assay Methodologies, and Geriatric Nutrition.
