What is forskolin? Forskolin is an active compound in the traditional herb Coleus forskohlii. In nature coleus is a part of the mint family and grows in the subtropic regions of India, Burma and thailand. Forskolin is a substance which has been explored throtoughly but has only lately become popular as a supplement promoting fat burning.
