Royal Jelly
Royal jelly is a thick, cream-like substance which is secreted from the salivary glands of the bees to feed their larvae. The larvae which mature to a state resembling the bee queen continue to use big amounts of royal jelly and live longer, grow more in size and stand out due to their improved durability and energy in comparison to the other bees. According to many theories those effects which promote health can be applied to people too. Nutritionwise, similarly to the bee pollen, royal jelly is rich in all vitamins with high concentration of B5 (pantothenic acid) and B6 (pyridoxine).
