Isoflavones

Isoflavones are the most effective among the plant estrogens.They are inactive molecules in the forms of glucosides (genistin and daidzin) but as aglucones (genistein and daidzein) are active. They reduce the side effects which come with menopause, protect against cancer, have antioxidant qualities and strengthen the immune system.
