MISTAKE
Vitamin K2-Mk7 takes part in the osteocalcin synthesis. Osteocalcin plays a major part in linking the calcium to the bone matrix so new bone tissue can grow. Insufficient K2 leads to inactive osteocalcin production which in its turn can lead to calcium loss in the bones which worsens their strength. A lot of research research shows that vitamin K2 is much more effective for the organism compared to the synthetic forms of vitamin K, especially when it comes to calcium metabolism and bone growth.
